When will my order ship?

Anything not marked preorder leaves our workshop within about 7 working days — as soon as we can get it out.

What if my order is a preorder?

Preorder items are made to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks before your order is ready to ship, and we'll email you once it's on its way.

Each order ships once, as a single parcel. So if your order mixes a preorder item with in-stock items, everything travels together once the preorder item is ready. If you'd like the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

How does it get to me?

DHL air freight, tracked door to door. You'll get the tracking number by email the moment the parcel is handed over.

Do I pay duties or import tax?

No. Shipping and duties are already included in the price you see, and you pay once at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives — no customs invoice, no handling fee, no surprises.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?

Photograph the box before you open it, then contact us the same day. Transit damage is handled with DHL directly, and we take care of that conversation, not you.

Can I change my delivery address?

If the parcel hasn't shipped yet, yes — tell us as soon as you can. Once DHL has it, we can no longer redirect it.
