Refund policy

Every rest is built and checked by hand before it ships. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and we would far rather answer your questions before you order than after. If you are unsure which rest or which rest or which bag size you need, write to us at order@lionworksengineering.com and a person will help you choose.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us at order@lionworksengineering.com within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, photographs, and a short description of the problem. We will put it right by repair, replacement, or refund, depending on what is wrong.

Photograph the outer box before you open it if it looks damaged in transit. That photograph is what allows us to take the matter up with DHL on your behalf.

Manufacturing defects

Every rest carries a 2 year warranty against defects in craftsmanship and manufacturing, from the day your shipment is delivered. Full terms, including what is covered and what is not, are on our warranty page.

Preorder items

Items marked preorder are not held in stock. Production takes about 1–2 months before your order is ready to ship. Once production has begun, the parts have been cut and machined for your order and it can no longer be cancelled. Before we start, write to us and we will sort it out.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom

Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. That right applies regardless of anything above. To exercise it, write to us at order@lionworksengineering.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will confirm the return address and how the goods should be sent back.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will tell you once we have received and inspected the returned item. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.
